Partners and family welcomed! Totally up to the discretion of the family. The maximum we can fit in a standard retreat room is a family of 5, otherwise larger suites or other rooms can be booked at a discount.

Please note, doulas do not provide full-time childcare for older siblings during your stay. Someone else will need to be responsible, or we can add-on babysitters for an additional fee if you’d like more support.

1) If mom, partner, and baby check in, we can set your family up in a room with a King size bed and bassinet.

2) If other siblings or family join, option to book two Queen beds, or we can make a rollaway twin bed or Pack n’ Play available.

3) If grandparents or family are traveling in and you don’t want to deal with entertaining at home, we offer discount codes to book other rooms at the hotel.

4) If local family or friends want to come by, they’re welcome to meet you!

Rates vary based on the hotel location, package type, and length of stay. Contact us and we can send proposals, or select the “Book Your Stay” button to review pricing and proposals directly.

Navigate to the “Dates & Packages” tab to see a calendar view of available retreat dates. Fully booked retreats will not show on the calendar, only ones that are still available for booking. We only have so many spots each retreat.

Within the 12 weeks after birth! We want you to be able to decide what you are comfortable with, that is our ultimate goal.

Many guests book their retreat during the second or third trimester of their pregnancy while making postpartum care plans. Since we only have so many spots available each month, we recommend booking as soon as possible to reserve your spot.

If you delivered your baby and didn’t hold your spot in advance, we still might have one available or open up!

At Post Pamper, we provide individualized care. Guests may book spa services, receive hands-on support, or simply relax and enjoy their newborn while our team takes care of the rest.

Our team is happy to provide experienced, hands-on assistance and instruction that includes baby care (bathing, diapering, bottle feeding, breast feeding, swaddling, etc.), mother care (physical recovery, pain management, mental wellness, etc)., or family care. Doulas support the whole family.

This first-hand support is one of the biggest benefits guests find in staying with us. Each parent and baby is unique in their needs and we look forward to providing tailor-made care for you.

We offer 3, 5, or 7-night retreat packages.

We require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation, which is fully refundable up until 30 days before check-in. After that, Post Pamper is entitled to the deposit.

In order to receive a full refund, please email info@postpamper.com with more than thirty (30) days notice prior to the retreat start date.

In the event of loss or miscarriage, we process a full refund.

In the event that baby is admitted to the NICU, we can reschedule the retreat for when baby can join.

Prior to your arrival, stay length can be adjusted to meet your needs. If you’d like to extend your stay after checking in, we make every effort but can’t guarantee it based on room availability.

Upon check-in, stays that are shortened are non-refundable. It's best to make any changes to your stay length in advance of checking in.

Absolutely, the time it takes to bond with your baby and the transition into new parenthood is the same. Everyone goes through great lengths to meet their baby, and we welcome all family types.
